Dr. Michelle Bradford received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Michigan State University in 2005. Prior to her veterinary education, Dr. Bradford always had a love for animals and an interest in surgery. Throughout her veterinary career, she has continued to welcome new challenges. After graduation, she spent three years as a surgical intern at a referral hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan. There, she received advanced soft tissue and orthopedic surgery training. Upon moving to Howell, Michigan, Dr. Bradford worked in corporate veterinary medicine for almost three years. Part of this time involved working as an emergency and surgical intern with referral hospitals in Southfield and Auburn Hills. Since graduation, she has also had the wonderful opportunity instructing veterinary students, including her distinct teaching experience with the Primary Care Service at her alma mater. Along with Dr. Bradford’s desire to help pets through surgery, she also enjoys the long term relationships developed with her patients and clients as a primary care veterinarian. Following seven years in primary care in South Lyon, Michigan, Dr. Bradford decided to act on her own vision for a veterinary hospital for the 21st Century. Aside from veterinary medicine, Dr. Bradford enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, and her two sons, William and Hayden. Dr. Bradford’s furry family includes her three wonderfully different cats: Cricket, Tabby (TB20), and Pita.
