Meet our Incredible Team!

Doctors

ThumbnailDr. Michelle Bradford received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Michigan State University in 2005. Prior to her veterinary education, Dr. Bradford always had a love for animals and an interest in surgery. Throughout her veterinary career, she has continued to seek new challenges. After graduation, she spent three years as a surgical intern at a referral hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan. There, she received advanced soft tissue and orthopedic surgery training. Upon moving to Howell, Michigan, Dr. Bradford worked in corporate veterinary medicine for almost three years. Part of this time involved working as an emergency and surgical intern with referral hospitals in Southfield and Auburn Hills. Since graduation, she has also had the wonderful opportunity instructing veterinary students, including her distinct teaching experience with the Primary Care Service at her alma mater. Along with Dr. Bradford's desire to help pets through surgery, she also enjoys the long term relationships developed with her patients and clients as a primary care veterinarian. Following seven years in primary care in South Lyon, Michigan, Dr. Bradford decided to act on her own vision for a veterinary hospital for the 21st Century! When Dr. Bradford is not pushing the boundaries of veterinary medicine, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, and her two sons, William and Hayden. Dr. Bradford's furry family includes her three wonderfully different cats, Cricket, Pita, and Tabby. Her leisure interests include boating, bon fires, fun with friends and family, running, reading, and lifting weights.

ThumbnailDr. Jessica McKenna joined Four Seasons Veterinary Services in February of 2020. Dr. McKenna obtained her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 2011. Following graduation, she worked as a primary care and emergency veterinarian in Arizona for several years prior to moving to Michigan. She has enjoyed providing preventive and emergency/critical care to her canine and feline patients. In 2013, Dr. McKenna became a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist through Colorado State University's Medical Acupuncture for Veterinarians course. We are excited that she can offer her expertise in acupuncture, and share her knowledge and experience with our clients and patients. Dr. McKenna's professional interests include feline medicine, internal medicine, and animal welfare. She also enjoys running, hiking, being outdoors, and spending time with her family. She is married to a veterinarian and they have two sons, Finnegan and Riley, and one daughter, Aurora. Her fur family consists of four rescue animals; including, three cats (Clover, Oscar, and Kaelee).

Dr. Gabrielle Sasiela (Dr. Gabi) joined our team November 2021 as our Associate Veterinarian. An MSU graduate, just like Dr. Bradford, she comes with the same big heart. During her schooling she served in outreach groups to provide vet care to underserved communities abroad. Her focus has always been to provide high quality medicine, and provide exceptional patient care so Four Seasons was just the right fit for her! She loves shopping, travelling, and is a major foodie (and fan of daschunds). At the moment she has three dogs, Kobe a whippet mix, Gretta the dachshund, and Minnie the chihuahua mix. We're so very thankful to her for joining our team and helping us provide another skilled set of hands to Brighton and the surrounding communities!

Dr. Dana Tatman-Lilly joined the Four Seasons Family in November 2022. After obtaining her veterinary degree from Michigan State University in 2008, she completed a small animal internship at two specialty practices in the Chicago area. Afterward, she practiced in mid-Michigan for almost 13 years, including previously working alongside Dr. Bradford. Dr. Tatman-Lilly has always had a love for animals; growing up with a myriad of pets and always knowing she wanted a career in medicine. It wasn’t until after graduate school and volunteering at an animal shelter that she realized it was in veterinary medicine. She is passionate about feline medicine and behavior, and has completed additional specialty training in feline medicine becoming a Certified Cat Friendly Veterinarian (CFV) by the American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP). In addition to her specialty training, she has a particular interest in geriatric medicine, nutrition, and internal medicine. Dr. Tatman-Lilly is on the executive committee with the Michigan Veterinary Medical Association; acting as Chair on a continuing education committee, serving on the Board of Directors, and committing as 2024 MVMA President. Outside of her career, Dr. Tatman-Lilly and her husband, Jason, are very active with their triathlon team and global traveling, where you will always find her with a camera in hand. Their home would not be complete without their four cats (Odessa, Quentin, Violet, Amelia), and their Bearded Dragon (Didgie).

Practice Manager

Bethany P. came to Four Seasons looking for a place to grow, be valued, and to have a career somewhere she could be proud to talk about. We are so glad we were her top choice and ecstatic to have her as our Hospital Manager and Lead Customer Service Representative. Beth has taken her position and made it her own; creating systems, camaraderie, and developing our awesome customer service team. She helps guide new hires and shines as one of the best examples of the Four Seasons Family. Her hobbies include snuggling her two senior dachshunds Ridley and Oliver and her rescue rabbit, Violet. Whenever there’s an animal in need, they always seem to find Beth! We know her well for her disabled pet fosters; as well as, for all things Vegan. When not cuddling her adorable animals, or serving our amazing clientele with a smile, Beth loves being outside, going to the beach, and listening to True Crime podcasts!

Technicians and Assistants

ThumbnailKassie B. began her career at FSVS as a Veterinary Assistant in the summer of 2023. She is a Howell native with a passion for caring for both animals and people. Kassie grew up in a home full of dogs, birds, rabbits, fish, reptiles, and even some wildlife pets as well. Caring for her grandmother led her to pursue a career in the human health world, completing school to become a Long-Term Care Nurse Aide and Medical Assistant. She was also an In Home Caregiver and Patient Advocate for some very special people and has worked in the dental field as a Lab Tech, Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. Watching Dr. Bradford care for her family and friends animals over the years really sparked Kassie's interest into the animal health world and now she is enjoying spending her days helping care for your animals. Kassie lives in Howell with her husband Jeff and in her spare time she enjoys being on the lake, going to her family's property in the country, home making, and spending time with her family and friends.

ThumbnailJade B. joined us as a veterinary technician during the Summer of 2020. She recently moved from Maryland to finish her degree and pursue a career in Veterinary Medicine. She has over 5 years experience with small and exotic animals in the private and corporate sectors. When she has free time, she loves to travel to the best waterfall hikes, camp, and volunteer for Church with her small group. She also enjoys cooking, singing, and going to the gym. Beau Dallas is her lovable lab whom she shares with her husband, Drew.

Alyssa B. joined our team in July 2020 and brings with her over 15 years of veterinary technician experience. She attended Michigan State University and began working at a private small animal hospital after moving back to southeast Michigan. Alyssa now resides in Howell, with her husband, Jared, and four young kids, Peyton, Teagan, Colbie, and Nolan. In her spare time, Alyssa enjoys watching her kids compete in their respective sports; softball, gymnastics, dance/horseback riding, and hockey. She also enjoys reading the latest fiction novel when her kids aren’t keeping her busy as a chauffeur. Alyssa also has two Great Danes, Otis and Flash; as well as, two cats, Rita and Peg.

Emily C. joined our team as a veterinary assistant Fall of 2022. We were so grateful to have her as we have been growing at a fantastic rate and really needed the extra help. Emily was brand new to the world of veterinary medicine but you would never know it. In a matter of weeks she has stepped up and taken on so much of our hospital upkeep and patient support. She started her pet care career with Camp BowWow but learned after her time there, that there was so much more to learn about the animals she loves. Emily spends the largest portion of her personal time training and exercising her Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix or caring for she and her boyfriend’s two cats. She loves binge watching sci-fi and cult classic tv and movies and refers to herself as fluent in spending money.

ThumbnailDanielle M. is one of our experienced veterinary technicians. She has always had a love for animals and science. Danielle graduated from Michigan State University in 2006 receiving degrees in Zoology (concentration in animal behavior and neurobiology) and Forestry and Wildlife Conservation. She has worked as a veterinary technician in corporate and private practice since 2008. Danielle is dedicated to caring for our patients and strives to keep us organized! Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, and her beautiful infant daughter, Abigail. Her furry family includes two crazy dogs, Henrik and Bay, and one senior cat, Chloe. For balance in her busy life, she enjoys traveling, knitting, and archery.

ThumbnailErika O. joined our Four Seasons Family in 2020. She is hard working and focused while assisting our veterinarians and veterinary technicians. She is originally from Venezuela and comes to us from her previous role as a Behavior Technician for children with Autism over the past 2 years.  She earned her Associate Degree from Oakland Community College in 2017. Prior to moving to the United States in 2013, Erika enjoyed the animals under the sea near the Island of Bonaire, working as a scuba instructor, dive master, equipment specialist, and boat captain. Erika has a husky named Luna that nearly died of liver failure in the Spring of 2020. Thanks to Dr. Bradford and her incredible staff, Luna is alive and well, and Erika is pursuing her passion of working with animals! In her spare time, Erika loves music, dancing, scuba diving, hiking, and ANYTHING to do with food!!

ThumbnailMegan P. is one of our experienced veterinary technicians. Her love for animals extends back to a very young age. Megan received her Veterinary Assistant diploma in 2010 from Penn Foster College, and she is currently attending their Veterinary Techinician program. We lovingly call Megan "the cat whisperer" because of the way our feline patients respond to her. We are thrilled that she is part of our team! Megan's furry family includes four greyhounds (Dave, Honey, Penny, and Blue) and one cat named Dottie. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering with a local greyhound rescue.

Amanda S. has been in the veterinary field for 10 years from Metro Detroit to Livingston County. While having served primarily in emergency medicine in the past, she wanted to return to general practice and the type of family atmosphere that Four Seasons offers its employees. Nowadays she can rest on a rich history of experience in surgery and patient care; she began her vet med journey at WCCC where she received her license as a Veterinary Technician and an Associates Degree in Applied Science. She enjoys camping, four-wheeling, and snowmobiling as well as spending quality time with her pets (2 cats Rusty & Savannah, and one dog, Daisy Mae!), family, and friends.

ThumbnailShanna S. joined the team in September 2022 as a veterinary assistant and we are so thankful that she did! Whether she is working in the lab, filling prescriptions or assisting the technicians and doctors, Shanna always brings a positive attitude to our practice. She came to Four Seasons seeking a pet-friendly environment and a new and exciting career working with pets and continues to grow in her position everyday. When Shanna is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, cat, dog and macaw.

ThumbnailStacy V., our beloved Lead Veterinary Technician, has been with Four Seasons since we opened in February 2019. She earned her License in Veterinary Technology from Michigan State University in 1995. Since that time, she has worked primarily in emergency veterinary medicine, and we are excited that she brings over 20 years experience to our hospital! When she is not working, she spends time with her husband, Tony, and her three children, Zach, Jessica, and Sean. Her furry family includes one dog, Zoey, one cat, Pepper, and a bunny named Browney. Stacy enjoys cooking, gardening, watching movies, and traveling.

Customer Service Representatives

ThumbnailNathan B. joined the Four Seasons team as a Customer Service Representative in August of 2022 to pursue his dream of a career helping pets and their owners. Nathan previously worked in pet stores and a grooming salon as a bather; he is a current volunteer at a nonprofit organization training service dogs for disabled veterans. When Nathan is not at the front desk assisting our clients, he can be found working on cars, motorcycles and computers and listening to music. At home, he enjoys spending time with his dogs: Cipher, an 8 year old Siberian Husky; Amy, a 4 year old Belgian Malinois; and Hope, a 3.5 year old Black/Terrier mix.

ThumbnailIzzy H. is quite possibly the most chipper, happy, positive person we have ever had on our team and we couldn’t be more grateful for her! Since the Summer of 2022, she has been helping to start our mornings off right by greeting everyone to our Four Seasons Family! Following three years with her previous veterinary practice, Izzy realized that she was looking for more of the closeness and comfort of a small, independently-owned practice. She is recently married to her husband, Joey. She spends her free time with her two beautiful pitties (Gypsey and Pyper) and her horse (Misty). She enjoys working out, barrel racing, and overall staying busy!

ThumbnailAmber K. is one of the welcoming faces that you will see when entering our hospital! We are so excited that she joined our Four Seasons Family in November of 2022; looking for a faster pace and bringing over 4 years of experience as a customer service representative. She absolutely loves working with the clients and their fur families! Amber recently married in July of 2023 to her husband, Shannon. Their pet family includes two American Bullies (Fat Boy and Nessie), one cat (Fluff), one rabbit (Mr. Mary), and a fish. She enjoys spending her spare time gardening, doing DIY projects, kayaking, and taking their dogs for a walk.
